Our Features？
We are a 24-hour staff to take care of the shifts. We will never let the dogs be taken care of after work at night, and provide online video to allow the owners to watch the situation at any time.We are a pet hotel legally registered by the Insurance Department. The space environment and equipment are designed for the comfort and health of the dog. We hope to provide high service quality and specifications, and will not sacrifice the safety and quality of the baby for price competition.
Opening time?
Our business hours are from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, but 07:00 - 09:00; 20:00 - 23:00, these two time periods can be reserved in advance, in order to open the door in advance or delay the closing of the door. We are a 24-7, so after the door is closed, there are also staff accompany the dog to sleep.
What is dog's daycare？
The most important thing is companionship, so that the dog will not feel unaccompanied and feel bored and upset. We will arrange various activities for dogs to perform games such as sniffing games, physical education classes, photography time, etc., and arrange lunch breaks and snack time. Like a kindergarten, dogs are not to be trained but to be happy!

Why need to vaccinated？
Because there are more dogs here, the vaccine is to protect your dog. For the dog that has not been completely vaccinated, we will let him be alone. The physical strength and immunity of the dog after the vaccine has been reduced will be weaker. It is recommended to come in at least three days after the vaccine is safer.
Why do boys need diapers??
Because there are many dogs inside, it will make dogs habitually make marks. So if dog with a habit of lifting legs, we still need to help him with a diaper.
What should I prepare for boarding?
It is recommended to carry food that dogs are accustomed to because the dog's stomach is sensitive. If you change your eating habits in a new environment, you may cause stomach upset or even diarrhea.
In addition, you can also bring the snacks that the dog usually loves to increase the appetite, and inject the sleeping mats, toys, or the clothes of the owner.
Why is my dog being partitioned or stay in 2 floor?？
We will allocate areas according to the dog's personality and preferences. Let the more interactive dogs play together. The more shy or older dogs can adapt to the environment on the second floor or in the room.
If there are more dogs, they will take turns to take the initiative. They will change the position for the dogs from time to time and let them contact different friends.
My dog is very clean and has not been vaccinated / deworming?
Because we have a lot of dogs, we will require vaccines and deworming. It is inevitable that there will be bugs when taking out for a walk. If you have time to vaccinate and deworm, you don't have to worry about it.
My dogs have illness, physical disability or old age?We provide care services and, if necessary, special care services for dogs with disabilities/diseases (depending on the physical condition of the dog). If the dog needs routine medical treatment, we can also provide a fee-based service. However, if the condition of the dog is serious or urgent, parents are advised to seek accommodation attached to the animal hospital.
Is there any air-conditioning inside?
There are air conditioners, air purifiers and dehumidifiers, and thermometers and hygrometers pay attention to indoor air quality at any time, and adjust and control the weather conditions. At the same time, we also use a variable airflow environment control system to replace the traditional low-efficiency total heat exchanger. The airflow control combined with air filtration can optimize the air cleanliness of the dog accommodation environment.
