Boarding notice

We have a contract and our services will be executed in the content of the contract. Parents are requested to read and understand the contents.
Boarding costs are calculated on a 24-hour basis. For example, check-in at 13:00 today,check-out time will be 13:00 next day. If the latest pick-up time is exceeded, please pick it up on the next day and add the overtime fee.
Pets should have at least 1 period daycare before first time boarding. (Not on the same day as the boarding)
First time coming would spend about 20 minutes for data confirmation: ID scan and archive, vaccine confirm, confirm that at least 6 in 1 and rabies vaccine have been administered within one year, must complete the deworming. (If not able to vaccinate during the course of treatment or medication, please show it by a veterinarian.)
Dogs must be over 6 months old for enter, must complete anti-mite and deworming within one month before boarding. If any insects are found on dogs or in the excrement, we will need to isolate the dog, and if necessary, ask the owner to pick it up.
We cannot accept offensive, untouchable, and severely barked dogs.
Dog needs to take a bath within three days before boarding. If there is any doubt about cleaning (as judged by us), it is necessary to bathe. (Additional charging)
Each dog's temperament is different. If the dog is more shy or aggressive, we will first communicate with the owner and isolate if necessary.
If the dog needs to take the medicine, the owner should prepare the medicine and the staff will follow the instructions.
The bathing time given by the boarding is scheduled by us. Given bathing will be abandoned if it is not used during the stay, and the bathing service will be given as a basic item. Other services would need to additional charge.
We are semi-open spaces. If the dog has legs or rides, the staff will put on the diaper for the dog and check if it needs to be replaced every hour. Because of the skin friction caused by wearing a diaper, some redness is normal.
