When working or going out for a short period of time, but not worrying about the furry child being lonely and bored at home, Kumao provides furry child care services, allowing nannies and dog friends to accompany them. In addition to improving the furry child's social skills, it can also release stress and energy through games.
Video cameras are provided in the activity area for real-time viewing. The nanny will also take photos and record them and fill out a contact book to report to the parents. When we find something strange or something goes wrong with our furry child, we will report it to the parents as soon as possible. We hope to provide not only a place to temporarily take care of dogs for parents, but also a place where furry children will feel as happy as going to kindergarten when they come to Kumao.
Kumao's accommodation consists of an open-plan activity area and an exclusive private room. He usually plays in the open-plan activity area, and during lunch break, meal time and bedtime, he returns to his own private room to rest. A separate room allows your furry child to eat and rest without being disturbed by others, allowing him to enjoy his own area with peace of mind.
Cool Mao has nannies stationed at the store 24 hours a day, and provides a real-time online video system so that parents can see the condition of their furry children at any time. The cool fur nanny also pays attention to the baby's condition at all times and establishes good contact with parents through online communication software, making the furry baby's stay more secure.

We will give a bath once for more than five days, then every seven days.。

Pets should have at least 1 period daycare before first time boarding. (Not on the same day as the boarding)

Let the dog know the environment, and our staff will determine if the dog’s status is suitable for boarding.

In order to maintain the boarding quality here, we are unable to receive temporary accommodation for dogs that have not done daycare yet.
