Things to note
-
Accommodation fees are calculated based on 24 hours. For example, check-in at 13:00 today will mean check-out time at 13:00 the next day. Any excess time will be calculated as an accommodation. If the check-out time is exceeded, please pick it up the next day and overtime charges will be added.
-
A check-in appointment is required before your first stay (at least one session, not on the same day as your stay)
-
When you visit for the first time, you need to reserve about 20 minutes for information confirmation: the owner's ID card must be scanned and kept on file, the vaccine manual (original) stamped by the veterinarian must be presented, and it must be confirmed that at least six-in-one and rabies vaccines have been administered within one year. Complete internal and external deworming prevention within one month. (If it is inconvenient to administer the vaccine during the course of treatment or medication, please present a certificate issued by a veterinarian)
-
Fur babies must be over six months old and must be flea-proof and dewormed one month before entering the museum before they can move in. If any insects are found on the fur babies or in their excrement, the museum will notify the owner for treatment and isolation. The owner must be asked to take it back if necessary.
-
It is recommended to bring the food, sleeping mats and quilts that your fur baby is accustomed to on daily basis, so that the pet can adapt to the new environment more quickly.
-
The museum does not accept fur babies that are aggressive, untouchable, or bark severely.
-
Fur babies need to be bathed within three days before entering the museum. If there are any concerns about cleanliness (as judged by the hotel), they must be bathed in the hotel. The fee will be charged separately.
-
Each fur baby has a different temperament. If the fur baby has a shy temperament or has aggressive behavior in our facility, we will communicate with the owner first and isolate it if necessary.
-
If the fur baby needs to take medicine or apply medicine, the owner is asked to prepare the medicine by himself, and our nanny will administer the medicine according to the instructions.
-
The accommodation bathing discount time is scheduled by the hotel. If you do not use it during the stay, it will be regarded as giving up. The complimentary bathing services are mainly basic services. If you need to upgrade the lotion or service, an additional fee will be charged.
-
The museum is a semi-open space. If the furry boy has the habit of lifting his legs or riding, the nanny will put on the courtesy belt for the furry baby, check whether it needs to be changed every hour, and remove the politeness belt in a timely manner and take him into the room to rest. Since wearing the belt will cause skin friction, some redness and swelling are normal. Please forgive me for not being able to accommodate furry girls when they are on their period due to the condition of other babies.
-
After bathing, the fur baby will be arranged to enter the accommodation area to play with other companions and nannies. If you do not want to enter the open space, please inform the front desk staff first.
-
Bathing dogs will be picked up within 1 hour after notification. Overtime will be charged as an care overtime.
-
We use natural shampoo or natural handmade soap for bathing without synthetic chemicals or antibiotics. Since fur babies have sensitive noses, the cleaning and hair care products we use do not have strong fragrances and should be avoided over-stimulation. No need to enter the oven during the entire process, just hand-blow-dry, comb or straighten your hair.
-
The hotel uses a super comfortable chaise bathtub, and the nanny will help the fur baby bathe, observe the baby's reaction and skin, and incorporate massage techniques, so that the fur baby can enjoy a happy bathing time.
